Last June, I gave the HSOTD title to a dog friend who helped out his human, who was locked out of the house, by removing a technologically advanced security system (a stick) from the bottom of the sliding glass door. It took a minute, but pussmanity has finally stepped up to show the world that they too can help a human out in their time of need. Although…. the part of me that operates “reasonable thoughts” (it’s the smallest part of my already hamster dick-sized brain) thinks that either Boco is really a small dog in a cat costume or Boco is a scab cat who dogmanity paid off to make cats look like they’re not all demonic balls of fluff. I’ll let you be the judge!
A human named Gabby Tropea got locked out of the house by her sister. Gabby went to the sliding glass door and found Boco there. Gabby tapped at the glass, and Boco wanted to make it look like he was oh-so-dumb and playing back, but he knew what he was doing. And eventually he decided to knock that technically advanced security system away and save the day!

Gabby tells Mashable that she’s tempted to extend his 15 seconds of internet fame by getting him an Instagram, but since the tricks on the internet have the attention span of gnat on meth, she doesn’t think it’ll take off:
Tropea is unclear if she’ll play stage mom to her cat, saying that she would only make an Instagram for Boko if the demand continues to be high.
“I feel like people would only be interested in for, like, a week, though,” she admitted. “The internet moves fast.”
Sure, Boco saved Gabby this time, but his good deed quota has now been met. The next time she gets locked out and goes to the sliding glass door thinking that Boco’s got her, she’s going to find him sitting on top of the stick and getting an extra 9 lives from her pleading, begging, and crying. Blehehehehehe!
