Pix11 is reporting that a New Jersey man by the name of Alexander Goldinsky is in trouble with the law after he allegedly tried scamming his way to a fraudulent insurance claim. The 57-year-old was caught on video surveillance throwing ice on the floor of the cafeteria where he works and then performing THE WORST “fake skip and fall” that I have ever seen in my entire life. Like it was dreadful. Clearly he went to the Lindsay Lohan school of acting.

Here’s video:

After his “fall”  Alexander Goldinksy literally waited on the ground until he was found and then filed insurance claims for the ambulance service and the treatment for his “fall” at the hospital. Middlesex County Prosecutor, Andrew Carey, was not impressed, saying:

“Fraudulent claims cost everyone and we will aggressively prosecute those who illegally manipulate the system.”

On his pursuit to dig for gold, Mr. Goldinsky was arrested on January 15 and ended up getting charged with two crimes: one count of insurance fraud in the third degree, and one count of theft by deception in the third degree. He will next be in court on February 7th and if you feel like being a huge snitch, the investigation is ongoing and you can call Detective Sean Sullivan at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office to spill tea.

Let this be a lesson to wannabe scammers out there: make sure there are no cameras. And Alexander, you need to brush up on your Joanne The Scammer because honey-child the behaviour you displayed in that slip and fall were amateur; you are not cut out for the scammer lifestyle.
