Teresa Giudice Will Split Up With Joe Giudice If He Gets Deported To Italy

Last October, Juicy Joe of the Real Housewives of New Jersey was told by a judge he’s going to be deported back to Italy after serving a 41-month sentence for bankruptcy fraud and tax evasion. In news that should shock absolutely not a single living soul on the planet, Teresa Giudice has apparently said that she will not go to Italy to be with her husband if he’s deported. I am shocked (no I’m not, didn’t you read the first part) that rich-ass television personality Teresa doesn’t want to leave the only country in the world she is mildly relevant in. I am beside myself in astonishment. In other news: Water Is Wet.

People is reporting that multiple sources have been coming to them with the same tea: Teresa told her RHONJ cast mates at the reunion taping that if Joe gets deported they will “go our separate ways.”

Joe has been trying to appeal the deportation decision, but methinks it wont turn out the way he wants. At last year’s reunion, Teresa said she would think about moving the family to Italy to be with Joe, not wanting to separate him and their four kids, Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana:

“I mean, Italy’s a beautiful place to live… I wouldn’t mind, you know, I’m just saying. Listen, whatever God has planned for me, that’s what’s going to happen. I will embrace it the best I can.”

Looks like God got back to her with a note saying: “Leave him, gurl!” because at this reunion she told Andy Cohen that she is staying put in the country she loves to avoid taxes in the most: America. The source said:

“Teresa told Andy that if Joe gets deported, she’s not going… She said that she and Joe had talked about it over the phone, and that he understood.”

That’s a fun prison phone call: “Hey man, I’m not going to Italy with you. Tell your cell-mate I say ‘What up’.”

Another source says Andy pressed Teresa about what that meant for their marriage and Teresa shrugged:

“She didn’t really express any sadness about that… She just focused instead on the girls. It was very matter of fact.”

But apparently she is still hopeful that Joe’s November appeal to the immigration court will get him to stay in America:

“They are obviously optimistic that he is coming home… Teresa’s hope is that they can remain together as a family.”

Teresa and Joe’s attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., declined to comment on the rumors and Bravo also kept quiet because they want you to watch the reunion show live in February. I can’t wait for Teresa to plead for Joe to stay in America in immigration court. She can get up to that judge and tell him to NOT BRING UP MY FAMBILY!” and then when he doesn’t let Joe stay she can flip his judge’s bench.
