Mariah Carey Is Being Sued By Her Alleged Blackmailer Who Claims She Suffered Abuse While In Her Employ
Mariah’s house is a fucking mess. And I’m not talking empty champagne bottles strewn about, or half-eaten sandwiches forgetfully placed on bookshelves (shut up, you don’t know my life!). I’m talking about The Help. Did Mariah Carey hire her personal assistant Lianna Azarian and former manager Stella Bulochnikov off of Craigslist or something? As you know, Mariah is currently suing Lianna for blackmail. Well, according to TMZ, Lianna is suing Mariah right back for turning a blind eye while Stella physically and verbally abused her (allegedly). Lianna claims Stella used to slap her titties and ass, put things like remote controls and utensils (!?) under her titties, pissed on her, and called her names like “fucking Armenian whore” and the N-word. Mariah Carey! What is going on over there!?!?
Those are among some of the wildest allegations I’ve ever read. I once had a boss ask me to run to Walgreens for him because he wanted some Zicam. I was like, “Excuse me, sir, Do I look like your secretary?” (I was the receptionist.) I quit. But then again, I didn’t get perks like unfettered access to the slippers and lingerie closet or a front row seat to whatever (alleged) shenanigans might be worth $8 million for Mariah to keep secret. TMZ reports:
According to the lawsuit, Azarian says Stella ridiculed her breasts, “including placing objects under her breasts such as iPhones, television remote controls and utensils.”
Azarian claims a lot of the alleged abuse occurred in Mariah’s presence and she did nothing.
Azarian also says Mariah committed acts of physical, emotional and psychological abuse against her.
Additionally, Lianna claims she was “urinated on”, “tackled to the ground”, and sat on by Stella. Both Mariah and Stella are named in the suit as well as “others”. Stella’s attorney says “my client never did anything she wasn’t specifically asked to do“, which is far from a denial that things are/were batshit crazy over at Casa De Butterflies. I’m reminded of a Guardian interview from this past summer and Mariah’s staff being depicted as vaguely menacing, shadowy figures over which Mariah had complete control. Between this suit, the blackmail suit, Stella’s suit, and the other complaints of sexual harassment, I wouldn’t be surprised if some day we’ll all be discussing a new documentary called Surviving Mariah Carey. And then we can discuss Mariah’s rebuttal memoir, “Who Me?“.
