UsWeekly Says That Duchess Meghan Is “Incredibly” Stressed By All Her Bad Press

UsWeekly wants you to think that the duchess détente isn’t as smooth as previously reported. Added to rumors that ranges from Meghan making Duchess Kate cry to her causing staffers to quit, is a new rumor that she finds the whole ordeal “incredibly stressful.” Yes, it’s a slow royal family news day.

UsWeekly says the preggo Meg-o, someone who claims to never read any press about herself, is letting all the press about her get to her. A royal source says it’s, like, really hard, y’all, to be a member of the royal family:

“Meghan has so much on her plate, between being pregnant and dealing with the public backlash, and she’s finding the whole situation incredibly stressful.”

Psh, Meghan, if I was feeling stressed, I’d just roll over in the middle of the night, lift the 9,000-thread-count sheets to peek at the royal fire crotch on the other side of the bed and return to some sound-ass sleep. I guess what really did Meghan in was a new Vanity Fair profile on her that basically says she’s a social-climbing duchess – just like Kate said! – who may minimize just how much Thomas Markle did for her to get through college and all that jazz. Another snitch said “some things are just hard to stay away from.” I’m assuming that one is particularly hard to stay away from since Vanity Fair is also the one that blew major smoke up her ass with a cover story that fawned all over her just before she and PHG got engaged. I guess in the spirit of British spats, they decided to deploy a Benedict Arnold and turn on the gal.

I had to figure something was up when the royal social media accounts took a page out of Anna Wintour’s “Let’s See How Many Times I Can Crop Kim Kardashian Out Of A Met Gala Photo” playbook and blatantly cropped Meghan out of a birthday greeting for Kate earlier:

Ah, well, Meghan. Cheer up – once you pop out a royal baby, they won’t care that you’re a goth nailpolish-wearing, shoulder-baring MONSTER!
