Tommie Lee From “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” Is Facing Over 50 Years In Prison For Child Abuse Charges

There are a lot of things one could consider as phony about most reality television shows, but if you’ve ever been exposed to Tommie Lee from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta then you know one thing is clear: she’s REALLY crazy. Tommie is all about that action. And if there are any doubts in your mind that she won’t show up and start slapping bitches into next week then you need to hear about the time she went up to her daughter’s school and turned it into Monday Night Raw in front of everyone. Tommie Lee doesn’t only share a name with the other Tommy Lee, they have also both been known to get messy and violent with their kid

TMZ reports that back in October, 34-year-old Tommie Lee (born name: Atasha Jefferson) took “angry mom embarrassing her kid at school” to violent and horrifying levels of wrong when she went down to her young daughter’s school and started a really crazy fight that went from zero to a million in 1.2 seconds.

According to the indictment filed by the state of Georgia — and obtained by TMZ — Tommie Lee went to her young daughter’s middle school this past October and allegedly disrupted the class, slapped her daughter on the hands with her purse strap, slapped her across the face, dragged her down the hall by her hair … and threw her into a metal locker.

The age of the daughter Tommie abused at school hasn’t been confirmed, but she has two daughters: 13-year-old Samaria and 10-year-old Havalli, 10. Their ages have also not been confirmed.

Last Thursday, Tommie was indicted in regards to the October incident in Cobb County, Georgia on multiple charges, three of which are felonies, including aggravated assault, child cruelty, battery, aggravated stalking and disrupting a public school. Tommie has apparently been arrested over 30 times in her lifetime.

Shortly after Tommie went full Joe Jackson at her poor kid’s school in October, she was arrested. After posting her own bond of $27K, she was ordered to stay away from her daughter. However, Tommie must have heard “Oh, go see my daughter and begin round 2? Why Not?!” and violated that order by running up on her daughter just three hours after she was released. That put Tommie back in jail again.

And since we’re talking about jail, it’s worth mentioning that if Tommie is convicted on all seven counts she could face 54 years in the clink. Luckily for Tommie, if she does get sent away at least she knows she’ll have a job waiting for her in 2073 when she gets out, because Love and Hip Hop will more than likely still be on and they’ll obviously take her back.
