Olivia Newton-John Is Doing Splendidly Despite Rumors Of Her Imminent Demise

I hope cancer has finally learned its lesson, once and for all, not to fuck with Olivia Newton-John. Recently, Radar ran a story claiming that Olivia was “clinging to life”. According to People, as a result, rumors spread that her body was “shutting down” and that she only had “weeks to live”. This was news to Olivia. While she is currently managing her third bought of breast cancer, she’s not about to lend her angelic voice to the heavenly choir anytime soon.

In May of 2017, Olivia shared the distressing news that after being cancer-free since 2013 (she was originally diagnosed in 1992 and underwent a partial mastectomy at that time), her cancer had returned and metastasized in her back, causing her to postpone some tour dates. She’s been treating it with radiation, CBD oil and kitten therapy (those lucky pussies)! But the rumors of her imminent demise came to a crescendo, so now she’s come forward to say that while she may have walked past death’s door, she didn’t stop to knock. She’s very much alive and well, sipping on some fresh squeezed orange juice (I imagine) and radiating pure sunlight and love out of every perfect pore on her face.

Olivia posted a message to her fans on Twitter wishing everybody a happy 2019 and making every average looking 70-year-old rethink their life choices.

Jesus, she looks great. I’ll have what she’s having, minus the cancer of course. Olivia’s family also confirm that she’s doing well. Her niece Tottie Goldsmith posted an update on Instagram.

So, Olivia is not making plans to roller skate with the Grim Reaper anytime soon, she’s got too much going on right here on earth. She’s saving lives at her Olivia Newton John Wellness Centre in Melbourne, Australia, and she’s giving life by continuing to share her generous soul, immense talent, and iconic aura everywhere she goes.
