Rapper Lil Pump Was Arrested In Denmark And Detained For Flipping Off A Cop

December 5, 2018 / Posted by:

Lil Pump, one of these young Hello Kitty looking rappers, was arrested in Denmark and further detained after flipping off one of the cops, an act so defiant and audacious, he recorded himself doing it on Instagram live. The real victims weren’t the cops though, it was Lil Pump’s Finnish fans who were forced to watch the Trolls movie on mute while they played their favorite Lil Pump jams because he had to cancel his Helsinki concert as a result of his arrest.

According to TMZ, Lil Pump and his ragtag crew (that’s Tiny Clump, Itty Bitty Lump, and Diminutive Dump) were detained “for an unknown reason” but it’s suspected that they were “holding something illegal”. As they were being hauled to the police station, Pump busted out his phone and began live streaming and flipped a bird behind an officer’s back. We’re told the cops found out and decided to detain him much longer.

Here’s Lil Pump, forcing us to question the very nature of “celebrity”.

This isn’t Lil Pump’s first run-in with the law. Earlier this year, when he was still 17, Lil Pump was arrested for driving a Rolls Royce without a valid license and again for shooting a gun inside his own home.

No charges have been filed and Lil Pump is expected to be released within 24 hours. I hope his fans will still recognize him when he gets released as a mere shell of the boy he was when he went in. 24 hours in Danish jail is sure to have a profound impact on him. He may have additional face tattoos (likely a delicate porcelain pattern) and feel compelled to drop the Lil for something that better reflects his lived experience. I suggest Wizened Pump.
