In Netflix’s Dumplin’, Jennifer Aniston plays a superficial ex-pageant queen with a daughter who doesn’t fit her idea of beauty, and she told reporters that the mother-daughter relationship in the movie reminded her of her own relationship with her late mother Nancy Dow.
