Gina Kincaid Claims That David Silver Is A Bad Dad

For those of you who don’t have your Bachelor’s in Beverly Hills, 90210, let me translate that title into words you’ll understand: Vanessa Marcil Claims That Brian Austin Green Is A Bad Dad.

Vanessa Marcel (that’s Brenda Barrett to those of you who watched General Hospital and Gina to those of you who watched Beverly Hills, 90210) and Brian Austin Green (David Silver from 90210) dated and made a son, named Kassius Lijah, together in 2002. Two years later, BAG took his Pringles can dick over to Megan Fox, and the two have three sons together: 6-year-old Noah Shannon, 4-year-old Bodhi Ransom, and 2-year-old Journey River. I guess that throughout the years, Vanessa, BAG, and Megan have been involved in a flaming shit pile of a custody fight that would make Brangelina proud. Vanessa decided to air the details of all of that recently, claiming that for years, BAG and Megan were trying to get full custody of Kassius who is 16 now. When they failed at doing that, they completely cut Kassius out of their lives 5 years ago, and he hasn’t spent any real time with his dad and has never met Journey River. But wait, there’s pictures from last year of BAG and Kassius at resort in Mexico together. So what is the truth, Gina Kincaid (or again, Brenda Barrett if you’re a GHer)!

On a recent episode of CNN’s This Is Life with Lisa Ling, they got into messy custody cases, and specifically how some dads say the system has failed them. Vanessa mentioned that episode on Instagram and used it to tell the tale of how she spent over 8 years in a custody battle with BAG and Megan. Vanessa says that BAG and Megan not only wanted full custody of Kassius, but wanted her to pay child support. They tussled with her for years, and it all came to an end when a judge declared the whole fight as pointless as Jonah Hex. It was also the end of Kassius’ relationship with his dad, so claims Vanessa.

As usual I can’t wait to see @lisalingstagram show on custody cases. 12 years ago I was served legal papers and then spent 8 years+ defending myself and my son in custody court in response to his father & his stepmother trying to get full custody(that means I would have seen my son four days a month) and then asking me to pay them child support. They lost that case & a civil case asking me for 200,000. I never spoke publicly in order to protect my then young son from paparazzi that used to follow him & terrify him. I had also never asked for child support of any kind and had never tried to take time away from Kass’ dad seeing him. Ever. In the end they lost all of these court cases. The judge called them all “Frivolous” They always had 50% custody and still did when court ended as I had and have NEVER asked for full custody. Then, 5 years ago on their own they decided to completely cut Kass out of their lives and his younger brothers’ lives. Kass has never met his youngest brother and is not allowed to know where his bio father, stepmother and three younger brothers live. He has only seen his dad in passing in public places. Custody cases hurt the children only and the truth shall set us all free. Put the kids first you guys. There shouldn’t be a “more important parent” kids love both parents equally no matter what either parent’s struggles may be. Kass has been truly heartbroken since being cut out of his other families lives with NO explanation. Let’s do better for our kids. Let’s share our stories. #Buddhakids

People asked BAG for a comment and didn’t hear back. BAG has a podcast, so maybe he’ll talk about it on that.

So according to Vanessa, Kassius hasn’t spent any real time with his dad in five years and has only seen him in passing. But BAG’s Instagram and those pictures from Mexico I mentioned above tell a different story. BAG has posted about Kassius within the past 5 years, like this one from this August of Kassius as Aladdin in a play:

And this one at some sports shit two years ago:

I will never trust a grown man who spits up a :)) into social media posts, but who knows what’s going on. Maybe Vanessa’s timeline is off, or maybe BAG took a crash course in graphic design at DeVry and those pictures from Mexico are Photoshopped. It’s not like BAG has anything else to do.
