Kate Upton Had A Baby Girl

November 11, 2018 / Posted by:

Congratulations are in order for ubiquitous Sports Illustrated cover model and amateur baseball analyst Kate Upton, 26, and her husband, Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander, 35. They announced via separate Instagram posts that Kate gave birth to the next generation of busty supermodels, a little girl named Genevieve Upton Verlander, on Wednesday.

Kate’s post was a black & white shot of little Genevieve’s lower face and hand.

There’s no mention of Genevieve’s length, weight, net worth, estimated future bust size, whether it looks like she’s got dad’s pitching arm, or her Twitter and Instagram handle as of yet.

We should also express some gratitude that Kate and Justin gave their daughter a half-way normal name. Even better, Genevieve’s nickname could end up being “Ginny,” which is what everyone’s boozy, opinionated, Atlantic City-loving great-aunt is named. There’s not enough Ginnys in the world, so thank you, Upton-Verlanders.

Kate also used Instagram to announce her pregnancy back in July by posting a pic of herself in a pantsuit that made her look like the most sought-after ad exec at the agency that Alison, Billy and Amanda worked at on Melrose Place. In case you had any doubts, that IS the lewk for pregnancy announcements. Nice work, Kate.
