Jon Gosselin Files For Full-Custody Of His Son Collin
Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin have been out of the tabloids for a while ever since they had a throwdown at a dentist’s office and subsequent stories revealed that the former couple had been fighting over their daughter Hannah for a while. Jon is back, and this time he is filing for custody of a different child, Collin Gosselin.
Us Weekly is reporting that former stripper Jon filed legal documents asking for full legal and physical custody of 14-year-old son Collin. Collin is one of the sextuplets which got the Gosselins a reality shit show.
Remember Hannah? The child I told you Jon and Kate were fighting about at the dentist? According to Us Weekly, she already lives with Jon full-time and has been for nearly a year. So it looks like one of the eight kids jumped ship from Kate and now another is lowering the life boat and getting ready to make a run for it.
Us says that Jon believes “it would be in Collin’s best interest to live with his father upon his release from an inpatient program for children with special needs.” Those special needs being: I needs to get away from Kate Gosselin. A source close to Jon told Us that Collin is “thriving in his program” and that his father keeps “in close contact with staff members.” Us Weekly says that Collin’s “special needs” have to do with behavioral issues.
The source even helps Jon slap at Kate by saying:
“Collin is very intelligent… He was always questioning Kate and talking back. Kate doesn’t like that.”
Jon had previously posted a photo of him hanging out with two of his eight children for Collin’s birthday:
