Track Palin Is Getting A Year Of Custody For Assaulting A Woman

Track Palin, which is somehow the name of an actual Sarah Palin offspring and not just some Brooklyn DJ trying to be ironic (and also pictured above with sister Willow Palin), hasn’t exactly been the Tea Party’s most upstanding citizen. Track assaulted his then-girlfriend in 2016, and he also later beat up his dad. His mom has blamed it all on PTSD from serving in Iraq, and she’ll probably still defend his ass since it still isn’t as bad as voting for Hillary Clinton (in her mind anyway). Track got arrested again a few days ago for hitting a woman in the head at her own home. The cops came, and he tried to resist arrest…but they finally got his ass in the slammer. Well, the law is coming down on Track by placing him under custody for a year.

NBC says the authorities weren’t having any of Sarah’s “but he’s a veteran!” excuse since he hit the woman in the head. That disqualified him from getting into a therapy program for veterans. He was in that program for the whole hitting his father incident, but the latest assault kicked him out, and he has until Halloween to a halfway house. While there is a chance he could go to jail, the Anchorage DA implied that was highly unlikely. Not to sound like Nancy Grace, but what kind of frozen yogurt frequent buyer card system is Alaskan law enforcement?? Does he have to try and fight a polar bear before he goes behind bars??

The judge in Track’s latest fuck up could have given him the option of just staying in Alaskan Veterans Court, which allows some  service members the option to partake in mental health treatment in lieu of a traditional sentence. If you ask me, if they really wanted to stick it to Track, they would have him under house arrest at Sarah’s house and just force him to proofread all his mom’s articles for TeaPartyWomenAndWigs.com or wherever it is that employs her!
