Gisele Talked About Finding Out Bridget Moynahan Was Preggo With Tom Brady’s Baby
Most of us here in Boston assume Bridget Moynihan purposefully cuts out Brazil in the maps inside her kids’ geography textbooks and that Gisele Bundchen barfs anytime she sees Coyote Ugly playing on TBS. It’s well known that when Tom Brady hooked up with Gisele, he found out two months later that Bridget was pregnant with his baby. When Bridget gave birth, she named him John “Jack” Edward Thomas Moynahan, which us petty hos clapped at since “JET” happens to also be the name of the New England Patriots’ biggest rival. We all assumed the Haus of Bundchen and the Haus of Moynahan must loathe each other, but Gisele is out hawking her memoir, and says she’s actually cool with Tom’s ex.
People talked to Gisele and how it was finding out her man’s ex was pregnant with his baby only months into dating in 2006. Gisele replied, “Honestly, it was still a fraction of the stress that came with dating Leonardo DiCaprio.” Kidding! She actually said this:
“It wasn’t the ideal situation for anyone — there’s no manual to prepare you for that.But I’m so grateful for [Bridget].I know this was hard, but I couldn’t imagine my life without [Jack]. I call him my bonus child.”

It also reminds me of how Gi seemed to piss off the Moynahan camp right before she and Tom got married when she said she felt like Jack was her own kid. She’s seemed to cool off a tad, but she did add in the interview this week that “he opened my heart in ways I didn’t even know my heart could expand.” I take that as he vommed up some of his baby formula back in the day on a Gaultier dress right before the Met Gala, and she was surprised she didn’t go into an irate meltdown like her younger self (or just Naomi Campbell) would have!
