Sandra Bullock Says Her Cheeks Were Not Freshly Filled At The Oscars

When Sandra Bullock was at the Oscars in March, some people were really focused on her face, specifically her plump cheeks. Sandra tells InStyle that anyone who saw her cheeks on Oscar night and wondered how many CCs had been injected can stop wondering, because she says the answer is zero.

Sandra says that she doesn’t do social media and she’s glad she doesn’t, because she knows that after one glass of rosé she’d be “spouting off.”  Sandra says that post-Oscars, people on social media accused her of getting cheek fillers or implants. She didn’t. She does acknowledge her cheeks were swollen that night, but it wasn’t because she was fresh off a jizz facial or anything. It was because she was all puffy and snuffly with allergies.

“When I saw the photos and how swollen I was, I got it. But I was like, ‘Well, if I got injections, I only got them on the top, which was not very good.'”

Sandra adds that reading rumors about herself online affects her, because she doesn’t feel confident when she walks onto a red carpet. Well, maybe she doesn’t walk onto a red carpet with all of her confidence, but at least she can now leave her house feeling safe and secure. For years, Sandra has dealt with a stalker named Joshua Corbett. In 2014, he broke into her house while she was there. Sandra’s long-standing nightmare is over, because People says that her stalker is now dead from a self-inflicted gunshot after a police standoff at his house.

That’s an extremely dark ending to that story. But I guess if there’s any upside, it’s that now when Sandra sees a creep lingering around her house, she’ll know it’s probably just Jesse James there to ask if she wants to shoot the shit and talk about the good ol’ days when people didn’t immediately shudder when they heard his name.
