Tommy Lee’s Son Brandon Is Off The Hook For Assaulting His Pops
A truce has been called in the Lee Family Feud. According to TMZ, Tommy Lee has refused to cooperate with the criminal investigation against fruit of his loins, Brandon Lee, for assaulting him back in March. Tommy was hot to trot before and sought criminal charges and a restraining order against Brandon but he must have changed his mind. Therefore, the L.A. County D.A. has rejected the case. The altercation stemmed from an argument between Tommy and Brandon over Tommy dragging mom Pamela Anderson on social media. Brandon claimed his pops is a messy drunk and clocked him in self defense.
I think the Clampetts had a similar incident when Jethro and Jed were a-fightin’ over whose turn it was ta chew with Granny’s dentures but Elly May broke it up by remindin’ em they was rich now and could each buy they own personal set of choppers iffin they wanted ta.
TMZ has court documents that either represent what was said that night, or is actually a spec script for Tommy and Brandon’s proposed Beverly Hillbillies Reboot.
We’ve obtained the declination, and it says Brandon allegedly told Tommy, “Get up old man and fight me” before punching Tommy out cold. The doc says Brandon allegedly then said, “Look at you, motherfucker, you are knocked-out.” Tommy’s GF then called 911.
I’m leaning towards spec script because there is further evidence pointing in that direction in the form of a wardrobe test Brandon posted on Instragram.
Meanwhile, Tommy has been out scouting locations.
