Taylor Swift’s Stalker Skirted Jail Time And Got Probation

…and, no, it wasn’t Jaime King. There’s always one asshole (or in this case, an enemy) who has to take things WAY too far and ruin it for the rest of us who just like to make wise-ass comments from the sidelines. Taylor Swift’s long-time deranged stalker managed to avoid jail time despite sounding like a maniac.

E! News says Frank Andrew Hoover got ten months probation even though he threatened to murder Taylor’s entire family. He was arrested back in 2016 for violating an existing restraining order Taylor Swift took out against him by stalking her at a concert she had at a Formula 1 race. Court documents show he sent a constant stream of emails to Taylor’s dad in the months leading up to the concert.

Frank was slapped with new charges in January of this year after emails were uncovered that showed he had threatened to kill Taylor and her whole family. In those emails, Frank referred to the Swifts as the “evil family of devils” and kindly wished them to “enjoy the brain aneurysms and death.” One email told Taylor to go to hell, while this one just really lays it on:

“Decided that we are going to end all the Swifts on one day because I can’t stand that virus shit your daughter spread.”

I get “Shake It Off” was spread like the plague, Frank, but watch your words! On top of the ten years of probation, he’ll be tracked via GPS for at least a year of his sentence and has to stay at least a mile away from Taylor and her family. He also has to submit to psychological testing, attend substance abuse classes, undergo drug testing, and surrender all firearms. Since he seems like such a fan, they should treat him with 24-hour showings of the The 1989 World Tour Live DVD if he behaves well.
