Jamie Luner Has Been Hit With A $250 Million Lawsuit For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting A 16-Year-Old

In February, a now 36-year-old man filed a sexual misconduct report with the LAPD against Jamie Luner (from Melrose Place, Savannah, Just the Ten of Us, and All My Children) claiming that she preyed on him when he was 16 years old. The man is now trying to get some justice by fucking with Jamie Luner’s financial situation. TMZ says that he has filed a $250 million sexual battery lawsuit against her. I know that I make more typos than your mom while texting, but that isn’t a typo. Jamie Luner is being sued for $250 million, not $25, which is probably what her last Melrose Place royalty check was for. I know, I’m being generous, it was probably $2.50.

The alleged victim, Anthony Oliver, states in his lawsuit that he met Jamie in 1998 when he was 16 and she was 26. Jamie’s male makeup artist knew Anthony’s brother and also had a crush on Anthony. Jamie threw a party to celebrate Melrose Place, and her makeup artist brought Anthony and Anthony’s brother. According to Anthony, Jamie immediately zeroed in on him and offered him booze. Now, 16-year-old me would’ve wrapped my mouth around the bar before she could finish the question. But Anthony told her he was only 16. She gave him a Jack and Coke anyway. She spent 3 hours talking to Anthony and they eventually went to her bedroom where he says she brought out a bag of meth. Jamie told him the meth would make him “horny,” but he turned down that invitation and asked for two Tylenols instead.

Anthony believes that Jamie laced the Tylenol with meth, and it did exactly what she said it would do. Jamie and the makeup artist had oral sex with Anthony, and he ended up having intercourse with Jamie several times. Anthony really brought my brain into WTFville when he claimed that his brother, who had left the party, came back and recorded him and Jamie having sex.

The age of consent in California is 18.

Anthony says that the experience was traumatic and he blamed it on him becoming an alcoholic. He’s also confused about his sexuality, like he doesn’t know if he’s straight, gay, or bi. The lawsuit also claims that several young men have gone to the LAPD with stories of how Jamie sexually assaulted them. Two claim she drugged them.

Jamie’s rep is crying: SHAKEDOWN!

“All of these allegations are completely unfounded and we believe part of a targeted extortion scheme. Anthony Oliver has a history of filing lawsuits, and has filed 27 federal lawsuits in the past 8 years.”

If you didn’t already know that Hollywood was a fucked up land, Jamie Luner (of all people) possibly being the ginger actress version of Cosby and Spacey confirms that.

I could definitely see how that experience would mess up someone’s brains. Just the part about Anthony’s brother allegedly recording him having sex is premium grade trauma-fuel. In addition to Jamie, Anthony should also sue his brother, his mom and dad for creating his brother, the maker of the camcorder, the maker of the camcorder tape, the inventor of the videocamera, the inventor of photography, the inventor of glass, the inventor of plastic, etc… etc…
