Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt’s Divorce Is Reportedly Nearing The Finish Line

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s divorce has been dragging along for close to 19 monthsThe Sun now claims it might soon be all over. Sources say that Angelina and Brad are currently putting the final touches on their divorce. One source says that the terms of the divorce have been agreed upon, and that things are ending amicably. Since everything before that was messy, I’m going to assume that in this case amicably is actually an acronym that stands for: Avoiding a Mess by Isolating and Corralling Angelina & Brad in separate rooms to prevent proLonged bouts of Yelling.

The source says that Angelina and Brad are actually playing nice. Angelina feels she’s been so kind and generous that one of terms she agreed to was giving Brad access to their six kids.

“It’s a huge turnaround from where the marriage ended, especially given the claims Angelina made against Brad, but they are now on pretty good terms. Both decided it was crucial for the children that they had a respectful relationship.”

They have also reportedly agreed to work together on the logistics involved in seeing the kids in the event one parent is working or traveling. That same source believes that the final divorce agreement will be filed in a matter of weeks.

But not so fast, say the sleuths at Gossip Cop. Sources tell them that there is no countdown clock for the filling of their final divorce agreement. While nothing is “imminent,” the source adds that hopefully it will “eventually be true.

Gossip Cop’s source also side-eyes The Sun’s claim that Angelina recently agreed to give Brad access to their kids The source says that Brad has always had access, and that he and Angelina aren’t acting like friends, but are “amicable and civil.” I guess that’s better than nothing. As much as I’d love reading a story about Angelina slipping James Haven a $20 to go rip donuts on Brad’s front lawn at 3am in his Honda Civic, I really don’t need it.
