Justin Bieber Has Been “Hanging Out” With Someone Who Isn’t Selena Gomez
If Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are on a bit of a break like they’re rumored to be, then it would appear he’s a regular Ross Geller, because he’s repeatedly been seen with a girl who isn’t Selena.
E! News says that the lady who currently has Justin’s attention is a model named Baskin Champion. Until I can find proof that she wasn’t named after the title of an ice cream franchise’s employee training video, let’s just assume she was.
Baskin’s older sister is model Abby Champion, who is currently dating Justin’s good buddy Patrick Schwarzenegger. Last week, Justin, Baskin, and Abby were seen at the premiere of Patrick’s new movie, Midnight Sun. A source tells E! News that there have been many double dates:
“They’ve hung out several times in the last few days. They were also out together on Friday night with Patrick and Abby. They went to multiple clubs including Avenue and they all left together.”
Justin and Baskin were last seen together on Tuesday night at a Craig David concert in Los Angeles. They were joined by some of Justin’s friends, but they reportedly left together in the same car bound for Justin’s house. It also sounds like Justin and Basking aren’t exactly putting out platonic friend vibes: a source adds that they’re “having fun” and “always laughing and flirting.”
So how long until Justin shows up to his weekly couples Bible study with Selena, asks her to flip to Deuteronomy 31:8 and whispers: “The Lord might never leave you…but I will. Peace, I’m out!“? According to one source, that’s definitely not where Justin’s friendship with Baskin is headed:
“Justin was introduced to Baskin through his friend group and they have only hung out a few times. He has definitely been liking her company, but to say they are dating is a huge stretch. Justin isn’t trying to be serious with anyone but Selena.”
The source says Justin only wants to be serious with Selena. But according to the other sources, he’s getting casual with Baskin. I know there’s a lot of jokes out there about Justin being in a cult, but for real, this is some Instagram model Sister Wives shit.
