Tommy Lee Wants A Restraining Order Against His Son

This week, Tommy Lee got into a fight with his son Brandon Lee, who allegedly punched him in the face in retaliation for some things he tweeted about Pamela Anderson. Tommy’s side of things was that Brandon sucker punched him while he was laying in bed with his fiancée Brittany Furlan. Brandon’s side was that Tommy has major problems with booze at the moment, and he punched his dad in self-defense. Tommy is now trying to get a restraining order against his son.

TMZ is reporting that Tommy wants to press criminal charges against his son, and he wants a judge to grant him a restraining order. Sources say that Tommy was willing to drop all the drama if Brandon would just apologize for punching him, but then Brandon went ahead and claimed he’s an alcoholic and the punch was self-defense. Brandon isn’t budging on that, so a pissed off Tommy decided to get the law involved.

Pamela told TMZ that Tommy is out of control and is an abusive sociopath and narcissist who is jealous of his son’s talent and beauty. She added that he’s always drunk and has never taken responsibility for abusing her.

A rep for Brandon released a statement to People, saying he wants his dad to get help.

“I’m devastated at the events of the last several days that have been a result of my father’s alcoholism. I’ve worked tirelessly organizing an intervention and it’s incredibly upsetting that it never came to fruition. I wanted my dad’s hopeful sobriety and recovery to be a private family matter but, as a result of his accusations on social media, I feel forced to speak out. I have and will continue to cooperate with law enforcement as needed. I love my father and just want to see him sober, happy and healthy.”

It sounds like Tommy wants zero part of his son’s attempts at getting him sober. Oh, and Brandon is lying.

As for Brittany, she’s standing by Tommy:

Tommy’s Twitter hiatus lasted about 16 hours, and then it would appear he was back to dragging his son again:

Sadly, if Tommy is granted that restraining order, Brandon is going to have to come up with a creative place to intervene on his dad. His best option is Twitter. Plus, Twitter can double as both the intervention location and evidence that his dad has a problem. Tommy’s supremely wonky use of quotation marks and random capitalization proves he needs to put down the liquor.
