Michael B. Jordan And Lupita Nyong’o Might Have Something Going On

Black Panther continues to be the entity that brings things together. First, it’s bringing diverse audiences together. Second, it’s bringing Marvel together with their love of tons of money. And finally it’s bringing two of its stars, Michael B. Jordan and Lupita Nyong’o together to either reveal that they’re doing it or they’re simply trying to garner more buzz for the film by making us all think that they’re doing it.

During the filming of Black Panther both Michael and Lupita made some type of bet, to which Michael lost. And on Monday, while Michael was preparing to go on The View, Lupita burst into his dressing room and demanded that he drop to the floor and go down…for a pushup. It’s actually something that she’s been making him do since a press event last week in New York.

@michaelbjordan, losing with a smile. On call push-ups!!!

That moment pales in comparison to the hard left they took at the end of the day. The Shade Room (via Vibe) has screen grabs of an exchange between the two of them involving cake, but I don’t think it’s of the Betty Crocker variety.

Michael tweeted this out first:

And Lupita, who would hate to see him starve, replied with:

#LupitaNyongo hit #MichaelBJordan back with a response ? (view previous post)

Well damn that was awfully vague. I’m surprised he didn’t offer to bring his personal homemade icing and piping tube as well. But anyway, now the Twitterverse is hype for them to get together, have a beautiful wedding and announce the birth of their baby by the end of the year. I’m thinking it’ll be a girl and they’ll name her Erika Nakia Nyong’o Jordan. But some believe that this is more than likely a ploy to keep the positive vibes going for Black Panther’s success. In any event I’m here for it. I mean, who doesn’t want to support a relationship where one person commands the other to drop down and do whatever she asks while the other one has enough stamina for a second round?? It’s like Fifty Shades of Wakanda.
