A “Sad” Brad Pitt Hasn’t Reached Out To Newly Single Jennifer Aniston (Who May Not Have Legally Married Justin Theroux)
Imagine if they got back together? That would keep supermarket tabs goin’ for the next 1,000 years with breathless cover stories like “EVIL ANGELINA WANTS SATAN TO CURSE REUNITED BRAD AND JENN!!!“. Actually, that might be what saves print media! So, Aniston, whenever you blast the tabs for haunting your what looks like a Lean Cuisine for One-destined life, you should remember that you’ve probably kept several companies afloat and saved jobs. Silver linings! Oh, by the way, Brad Pitt HAS NOT reached out to ex-wife Jennifer Aniston since her split with her famously bouncy jogger of a husband, Justin Theroux, according to UsWeekly.
UsWeekly was “exclusively” told by an unnamed source that Brad is “sad” over Aniston’s impending divorce.
“Brad is of course sad to hear the news about Jen’s divorce. He only wishes the best for her,” the source tells Us. “However, Brad hasn’t reached out to Jen, and has no plans to do so at this point.”
Was that ever a consideration of his? It’s not like they remained friends while he was shacked up in the vineyard with Lily Munster and the rugrat junta. Remember, Aniston’s opinion of Angie absconding with her man was “uncool.” Plus, it sounds like he’s been busy checking Mr. Skin for every screen-cap of a topless Daenerys.
But for those of you who feel that a Pitt/Aniston reunion would be a Pixar movie waiting to happen, Brad did reportedly text Aniston a belated happy birthday in March of last year. He was a month late but that is reignited love right there. After all, Jen and Justin might have never gotten married legally Jen and Justin had a wedding at their mansion in Bel-Air in 2015, but TMZ says that they checked the marriage records in L.A. County and didn’t find a marriage license for them. TMZ says they went as far back as 2010. On top of that, sources told TMZ that some people think their wedding was really a super fancy and expensive commitment ceremony/reason to get drunk with friends.
They could have gotten a marriage license in any of the 57 other counties in California, but we spoke with some Jen sources who have had regular contact with her for years, and they say there’s been talk for a long time they might not be legally married.
We also checked with numerous divorce lawyers, and no one, as far as we can see, has been contacted by either Jen or Justin.
The only explanation for this is that Aniston was obviously holding a seat in her heart for Brad. Squee!
Circling back around, a tabloid headline like “ANGELINA AND JENN FURIOUS OVER NEWLY GAY BRAD AND JUSTIN SHACKING UP!!!” would be much more interesting, huh?
