Gisele Bundchen AND Tom Brady’s Ex Shared The Feels For The Eagles

It’s a good thing it isn’t below freezing in Boston today because everyone’s tears from the Patriots loss in the Super Bowl would have turned this place into a Kmart version of the Frozen set. The Philadelphia Eagles got their first Super Bowl win last night at the expense of Tom Brady and the rest of the New England Patriots. While most people were focusing on the commercials, the game, or anything that wasn’t Justin Timberlake, a few of us were keeping tabs on what Tom’s ladies, past and present, had to say about the game. Don’t worry. They had thoughts.

The Washington Post says even though she had to add “wiping away her husband’s tears” to her nightly routine, Gisele Bundchen was a good sport. She was seen congratulating every Eagles player she ran into while walking through a back hallway at the stadium, and the players were apparently “star-struck.” She also Instagrammed a photo congratulating the Eagles while also showing some love for her man:

I know we’re supposed to fap about how far Gisele has come from being a sore-ass loser a few years ago when the Pats lost and she pinned it on Tom’s teammates by saying, “My husband cannot fucking throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time.” But now they have kids, and it’s time to teach them a lesson! Nevertheless, can we please have a good giggle at Tom’s expression? If that doesn’t say “I feast on nothing but tofu and kale, and THIS is the shit I get?” I don’t know what does! Mashable has a pretty great batch of photos where Tom is clearly planning his stress meal of chicken nuggets and other shitty fast food to get over having his macrobiotic ass handed to him in Minneapolis.

In other drama, his first baby mama, Bridget Moynahan, tweeted out what some people said was a dig at Tom but really was just the observations of a woman with eyes:

There were a few murmurs Tom would call it quits this year, but ESPN says he is expected to come back next year and not retire, which is good for the Brady bunch. USA Today says Gisele not only had to deal with a blubbering Tom. She had to console her crying kids, too. A source said Gisele reminded them of all the times their father had won the game and said sometimes you have to let the other team win (#sureJan):

“They haven’t won in a million years…Their whole life, they never won a Super Bowl. You have to let someone else win sometimes…Sometimes you have to let other people win. …We have to share. Sharing is caring.”

Aw, how Kumbaya. Gisele seems like she’s come a long way since that Super Bowl six years ago, but somehow I have a feeling the moment she tried that lesson on Tom, he told her to go shove it up her supermodel ass. Better luck next year, Pats. At least we’ll always have this:
