Kevin Spacey Is Being Investigated For A Third Sexual Assault In London

Aaaaaaand we’re back. After a brief hiatus with some House of Cards on-set racism allegations, we’ve returned to the continuing story already in progress. The one where we discovered that Kevin Spacey was allegedly living his life like a beta test of an app called Gropr. Kevin was already accused of using his position at the Old Vic theater in London to harass and assault numerous men. Scotland Yard has been investigating two complaints against Kevin Spacey, and TMZ says they’ve now got a third.

London police have confirmed that the third complaint against Kevin was made on December 13th. The victim claims Kevin assaulted him in 2005 in Westminster. E! News says that the police would only say the allegations are of a sexual assault, but they would not confirm that the alleged perp is Kevin Spacey. It’s not known how old the alleged victim is or was at the time of the alleged assault, but this might be a clue: TMZ says that the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command has opened an investigation.

E! News reports that the other two open investigations involve allegations reported in Lambeth in November, where the Old Vic is located. The first reported assault allegedly happened in 2008, while the second – like this most current one – also allegedly happened in 2005. Officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are involved with those investigations as well. So far everything is still in the investigating stage; no charges have been filed yet. There is no statute of limitations for sex abuse cases in the UK.

Kevin Spacey hasn’t commented on this most recent police investigation, because Kevin Spacey is still hiding out in rehab.

Kevin might be hoping this will all blow over, but I’m not sure. Someone’s bound to provide enough information to merit a visit from police to Kevin’s house with whatever London’s version of “You have the right to remain silent” is. My guess is it’s, “Mate, piss off and shut your gob a sec.” Whatever it is, I have a feeling Kevin Spacey is going to find out.
