Justin Timberlake Got Shit For Wearing A “Time’s Up” Pin While Starring In A Woody Allen Movie

Thrower of Janet Jackson under the bus (#NeverForgetNipplegate, especially since they’re bringing his treacherous ass back) Justin Timberlake is all about the “Time’s Up” initiative which looks to call out sexism and sexual harassment in the workplace. He even wore a pin at last night’s Golden Globes! One wonders how he reconciles this with his role in alleged child molester and girlfriend’s daughter marrier Woody Allen’s next flick Wonder Wheel. Selective memory techniques?

People reported on Justin accompanying his wife Jessica Biel to the awards, with Biel in the requisite black dress (Dior) symbolizing “Time’s Up.” Justin also sported Dior, wearing a black tux to demonstrate his solidarity with the movement. Timberlake posted a pic on Instagram celebrating himself as well as his wife’s “hotness.” Justin seems to be missing the point.

Here we come!! And DAMN, my wife is hot! #TIMESUP #whywewearblack

The internet doesn’t miss a trick, and immediately pointed out to “The Man of the Woods” that his new boss is, to put it mildly, problematic (via Elle UK).

(Woody’s never been convicted of anything but his adopted daughter Dylan Farrow has publicly accused him of molesting her at the age of seven. And he cheated on his girlfriend with her adopted daughter. And then married her. There’s not enough Annie Hall in the world to wallpaper that shit over.)

Another added: ‘Is it hypocritical that, for example, Justin Timberlake is head to toe in black but was in the last Woody Allen movie?’

So, Justin’s looking just a tad insincere at this point, or maybe just dumb. But there is one good thing to come out of the former N*Sync’er shooting himself in the lapel pin. Filming with Woody has prevented him from popping up on Saturday Night Live for a moment and that’s a damn blessing.
