Reese Witherspoon’s Daughter Made Her Debut In Paris

November 27, 2017 / Posted by:

As expected, Reese Witherspoon’s 18-year-old daughter Ava Phillippe made her debut into high society at the 25th annual Bal des Debutantes in Paris on Saturday. The rich and famous aren’t so much different from you and I. I’m sure there’s an 18 year old out there who also went to Paris to debut into society this weekend. Sure, it was an online $19.99 dress store called Paryss and the debut was in a club called Society. Still fancy, just a different, less boring kind of fancy.

People says that Ava was one of 20 young women being introduced in Paris on Saturday (also included: Steve Harvey’s daughter Lori). Reese’s mini-me wore a ball gown by Giambattista Valli Haute Couture.

All the debutants get an escort, and Ava’s was 19-year-old Maharaja Padmanabh Singh of Jaipur. Ava and Padmanabh waltzed in front of Bal guests to a song from La La Land. What’s not known is if Ava’s waltz was interrupted by her mom shouting, “Play something with a little stank on it!” while throwing her hands in the air before tearing up the dance floor.

Ava attended the ball with Reese and her stepdad, Jim Toth. Ava’s dad Ryan Phillippe stayed home, possibly because he’s kind of busy being a mess at the moment. Or maybe he got confused by the words “Bal des Debutantes, Paris” on the invitation and ended up in the big neon hot air balloon at the Paris hotel in Las Vegas instead. Can someone send an employee up there with water and snacks? Probably a good idea to check that there’s not a lost and dehydrated Ryan half asleep in the corner, muttering something about looking for Debbie.

Here’s more of Reees and Ava on Saturday night, as well as the two of them strolling around Paris last week:
