Naya Rivera Was Arrested And Charged With Domestic Battery

Santana must have taken Emma Roberts’ Keeping Him In Line Via Psychotic Violence class down at the Learning Annex. Glee actress and moderately successful Kim Kardashian face replicator Naya Rivera was arrested and charged with domestic battery last night in West Virginia. Naya and her husband Ryan Dorsey appear to be together this week, and he says that she started slapping him around while they were taking their two-year-old son Josey for “a walk down the street,” according to WSAZ. That lucky child now has a heart-warming new memory with which to recall the holiday season. “Remember the time Mommy tuned up on Daddy in the middle of the street after Thanksgiving?

Cops arrived at a home in the Chesapeake area of Kanawha County at 9:30pm after receiving reports of a “domestic situation.” When they got there, Ryan, who is from West Virginia, told them that Naya had “struck him in the head and the bottom lip” during their family outing. He also gave the Kanawha County police a cell phone video which reportedly shows Naya hitting him.

Naya was arraigned early this morning, and her bond was set at $1000. Get this – deputies told WSAZ that Ryan’s dad picked her up from the courthouse. Ugh, this sounds like a convoluted family saga when Dad’s giving his son’s alleged abuser a lift home, and probably trying to make peace between two flaky actors. Either that or he had her bags in the car and immediately drove her crazy ass to the airport.

If visibly ashamed TV stars in handcuffs is your thing…

And here’s Naya signing a document while the camera judges her outfit.

To add a bit of levity to the situation, you can hear the court magistrate pronounce Naya’s name as “Naya Riviera” in the first clip. So for all of you drag queens just starting out and looking for a training wheels-type drag name, there ya go.
