Jeremy Piven Is Offering To Take A Lie Detector Test To Prove The Assault Stories Are False

I come from the Maury Povich School of Truth where I believe almost every issue can be solved with a lie detector test and the words “The results are IN.” My personal favorite application for a polygraph is to out a cheater, but they can be used for other, more serious situations. Like attempting to prove you’re not a serial sexual assaulter. That’s exactly what Jeremy Piven wants, and he’s volunteered to take a lie detector test.

Last week, actress and former Playboy Playmate Ariane Bellmar came forward with her own #metoo story alleging that Jeremy Piven groped her in his trailer on the set of Entourage and later at the Playboy mansion. Jeremy denied it, and accused Ariane of taking attention away from other victims who chose to speak out.

Since then, two more women have come forward with their own stories about The Piv. Longmire actress Cassidy Freeman accused Jeremy of attempting to do something to her when she was “way too young.” An advertising executive named Tiffany Bacon Scourby recently told People magazine that in 2003, Jeremy invited her to his hotel room in New York, whipped out his dick and masturbated on her turtleneck while holding her down. Tiffany tells People that after it allegedly happened, she wiped her turtleneck off against a hotel wall and ran out of there, crying.

Tiffany says she decided to talk about her incident with Jeremy Piven after he denied last week that he would ever do anything inappropriate. Jeremy responded to Tiffany’s allegations of turtleneck cumming by calling her a liar:

“Let me be absolutely clear, this simply did not happen. I would never force myself on a woman, ever. I cannot speak as to why a person would create a story like this.”

He originally wanted women to talk and share their stories, but once those stories started being about him, it seems like he’s changed his mind. Jeremy posted a full statement regarding the recent allegations against him, saying he would take a polygraph to prove his innocence. He would also appreciate it if people stopped believing the “false accusations” against him.

A rep for Jeremy Piven tells People that he will totally take a lie detector test, and that he’s looking into his legal options.

I hope that Jeremy does end up taking a lie detector test, and you know what? Why not do it on live TV. With CBS “looking into” the allegations against him, it might be one of the last chances he gets on TV. Plus, there’s the added benefit of watching him squirm while they wrap that piece of velcro around his waist and slip his finger into a clamp hooked up to the machine. “Uh, the electricity conducted in this thing can’t cause any damage to, let’s say, I don’t know, hair plugs. Can it?
