Kendall Jenner Feels “So Fucking Stupid” For THAT Pepsi Commercial

Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiered last night, and, no, dem babies weren’t mentioned. Pimp Mama Kris is a grower and not a shower, so instead we got the real tea on Kendall Jenner’s Pepsi commercial as a starter to tide us over until we get the unholy trinity pregnancy presumably later in the season.

As you know, Kendall was in an embarrassing Pepsi ad back in April that basically said the secret solution to Ferguson, Baltimore, and every other example of modern racial tension was resting in a Pepsi can down at your local 7-11. People thought that was a liiiiiiitle insensitive, and Pepsi took down the ad. This would never happen with the jumpy marketing team at Surge! Kendall has remained stoic about the matter ever since, so last night’s staged waterworks was the first time anyone who isn’t a Jenner, Kardashian or Hadid saw how she felt.

HuffPo said she got super teary and sobbed into her confessional camera at just the right amount as coached by her mother:

“I would never purposely hurt someone, ever. I would, obviously— if I knew this was gonna be the outcome, I would have never done something like this. But you don’t know when you’re in the moment, and like, it was the most … like, it was … like, it was so … like, I just felt so f**king stupid.”

Kendall said she totally trusted the team since icons like Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, and Beyoncé had all collected Pepsi checks. Kendall is too young to realize those sneaky soda bitches also have a penchant for boosting the brand by causing mayhem on set. Michael’s commercial ended with a perm by way of pyrotechnics. Madonna’s Pepsi commercial got pulled because of her “Like A Prayer” video, which premiered the day after her commercial debuted. The best part in this is watching Kendall turn to controversy (read: stunt) queen and big sis Kim Kardashian for sage advice:

Kim recognized it was her little sister’s first MAYJAH scandal and sat her down and doled out this wisdom: “It should affect you in a way where you grow from it, and become a better person from it.” She then added, “Just look at me! I filmed a video taking some Ray J pipe, it got ‘leaked,’ and I built an empire!” No she didn’t actually say that…just her eyes did!
