Rob Kardashian And Kylie Jenner Are Suing Blac Chyna For “Shaking Down” Their Family

Ah, t’was a more innocent time for Rob Kardashian and his little sister Kylie Jenner. A time before lip kits and surgeries and getting revenge-scammed by a former stripper-turned-succubus named Blac Chyna. At least that’s what lawyers for Rob and Kylie are alleging. So much for Rob and Chyna playing nice for the sake of their daughter Dream.

According to TMZ, Rob and Kylie have buried whatever remaining hatchets they might have had between them and are suing his former fiancée for battery, assault and vandalism. The lawsuit stems from an incident that allegedly happened on December 14, 2016 in one of Kylie’s homes (where Rob and Chyna were living at the time). The incident in question is the one about Chyna allegedly getting violent and trying to choke Rob with an iPhone cord.

Rob alleges in the lawsuit that on that night, a drunk and high Chyna “lunged” towards him with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle him. Rob got away, but Chyna allegedly chased after him, repeatedly striking him in the head and face. Rob also alleges in the lawsuit that when he tried to escape from Chyna’s rage, she threw a nearby chair at his Bentley and used a metal rod to “injure” Rob.

A source close to Chyna tells People that Rob’s abuse claims are as shameless as the whole three pregnant sisters storyline. The source says that the fight at Kylie’s house was “not a real thing,” and that Rob is only attempting to distract everyone from Chyna’s abuse allegations against him. The source adds that what Rob did – i.e. leak Chyna’s nudes for revenge – is “miles apart” from an alleged altercation at their house.

But the biggest allegation of all in Rob and Kylie’s lawsuit is one where they accuse Chyna (who they call “a stripper“) of deliberately getting knocked up with his kid to “cash in on the Kardashians fame.” They claim Chyna’s relationship with Rob and subsequent pregnancy was an “outright fraud” to “shake down” the Kardashian family.

“Over the years [Chyna] has created a reputation as a money-hungry, shameless, pseudo-celebrity….who has little, if any, accomplishments in the entertainment industry.”

To be fair, that sounds like the description of any member of the Kardashian family.

Rob and Kylie are seeking an unspecified amount of damages. Although TMZ notes that the lawsuit also includes a note about Chyna’s contract for Rob & Chyna, which states she was making $92,500 per episode. Seven episodes aired, which would mean Chyna made $647,500. If Rob is implying Chyna faked a relationship with him for fame, he might be asking for all that money back.

Kylie is involved in the lawsuit because it was her house, but also because she alleges Chyna wasn’t just making things bad for her big brother. Kylie claims in the lawsuit that Chyna was “terrorizing” her by telling Kylie to get STD tests, and threatening to beat up Rob’s sisters and was disrespectful to Kris Jenner. Kylie was dating Tyga at the time this was all going down.

So that’s the battery and assault part. The vandalism comes from an allegation in the lawsuit that Chyna proceeded to trash Kylie’s house to the tune of $100,000 in damages. The damage includes: a broken television, breaking down a door, damage to the walls, destroying cellphones, and smashing a gingerbread house. I’m guessing that was the straw that broke the chunky sock mogul’s back. You can trash his sister’s things and try to choke him with a cord, you can shake down his family for fame and fortune, but how dare you come between him and a gingerbread house!
