Gary Oldman Is A Newlywed For The Fifth Time

September 26, 2017 / Posted by:

Can you believe that Gary Oldman is only 59! I swear I’m not trying to be cute here but I always thought Gary was a, well, an older man. Maybe it was the old man rantings from of while back. At any rate Gary may be younger than I thought but in terms of marriages, he’s got the track record of a man who’s definitely been around the block a few times. Page Six reports that he’s just entered into his fifth go-round at the altar with Gisele Schmidt.

According to Page Six:

Gary Oldman has secretly tied the knot for the fifth time. The “Darkest Hour” star has married writer and art curator Gisele Schmidt, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

Who exactly is the mysterious sounding Gisele Schmidt? She’s not a model? Or an actress? Or a model/actress? How can this be?!!!! Nobody has reported Gisele’s age, but judging from pictures she doesn’t look like a barely legal Instagram model. GASP! It’s shocking to all apparently.

Embarrassingly, Oldman was apparently asked at a Vegas charity event last year if Schmidt was his mother Kathleen’s “nursemaid” when the trio arrived together. Oldman responded, “Oh, her? She’s my girlfriend.”

Rude. Gary and Gisele apparently met though his work as a photographer.

Oldman is an avid photographer, and it has been reported that Schmidt introduced the actor-director to artist and photographer Ian Ruhter, who creates large-scale works, starting a collaboration between the pair.

Gary’s previous marriages have been first to actress Leslie Manville, then to Uma Thurman, then to photographer Donya Fiorentino and most recently to songwriter Alex Edenborough from whom he broke up with when he began dating Gisele. Gary and Alex were officially divorced in 2015. Safe to say that Gary has a type; accomplished, HIGH ART ladies. Makes sense since, somewhat surprisingly, he’s never co-starred with Leonardo DiCaprio and has thus far not received an invitation to join the Pussy Posse.
