Tiger Woods Is Threatening To Sue Whoever Leaked His Nudes

Sometime in the past few days, nude photos of Tiger Woods, Lindsey Vonn, Katharine McPhee, Miley Cyrus, Kristen Stewart, and Stella Maxwell hit the internet. I’m not going to link any of the pics here (I’ll let you make that journey on your own if you’re so inclined). But here’s what you need to know: it was sort of like The Fappening, but this time with sports penis. That penis belongs to Tiger Woods, and TMZ says he’s beyond pissed that someone leaked a picture of his trouser iron onto the internet.

TMZ says that Tiger has summoned his lawyer Michael Holtz (who has already had a pretty busy year with Tiger), who has threatened to sue CelebJihad.com unless they remove all pictures of Tiger. Sources tell TMZ that Tiger’s phone wasn’t the one that was hacked; hackers targeted a phone belonging to his former girlfriend Lindsey Vonn. Tiger sent a couple sexy pics to Lindsey while they were still dating, which included a dong shot.

A lawyer for Katharine McPhee has reportedly issued the same threat. TMZ says Kristen Stewart and Stella Maxwell have done the same, with their lawyers demanding the pics be removed immediately. Kristen Stewart’s lawyer Scott Whitehead claims the pictures are a “flagrant violation” of copyright laws, because Kristen own their images and no one can publish them without permission. TMZ notes that at the present time, the pics are still very much up on the website.

A spokesperson for Lindsey Vonn has issued a statement about her stolen pics to People magazine. She’s obviously just as mad as Tiger is.

“It is an outrageous and despicable invasion of privacy for anyone to steal and illegally publish private intimate photos. Lindsey will take all necessary and appropriate legal action to protect and enforce her rights and interests. She believes the individuals responsible for hacking her private photos as well as the websites that encourage this detestable conduct should be prosecuted to the fullest extent under the law.”

Whoever hacked and leaked those pics could be in for a world of trouble. The hacker who leaked Jennifer Lawrence’s (and many others) private pics back in 2014 found himself doing 18 months in prison. Tiger Woods is reportedly worth $740 million. I can only imagine what kind of internet investigation $740 million could buy. I’m picturing cyber detectives who can shrink down and crawl through an ethernet cable. And that’s nothing compared to the team of lawyers he could assemble. The Fappening hacker might want to make some room on his bunk; I have a feeling he’s about to have company.
