Aaron Carter Thinks He Was “Targeted” By Police For Being A Celebrity

Aaron Carter got into some serious trouble on Saturday night in Georgia after he was arrested in Habersham County for DUI and possession of weed and drug accessories. We now have more news regarding Arron’s arrest. In true Carter fashion, it has become a giant ball of drama.

So first off, we’ve got a mugshot. Aaron Carter looks to me like animated Egon Spengler, but if Egon got a little fucked up from the battery fluid in his proton pack, moved from Manhattan to Polk County, Florida, and opened up a ghost-trapping business in a van he keeps in the parking lot of an abandoned Shoney’s. Expert mugshot taker Nick Carter could teach his brother a thing or two about posing for a booking photo. Although I don’t know how well that lesson would be received. Aaron’s not happy with Nick right now. After the news broke of Aaron’s arrest, Nick reached out to his brother on Twitter.

Aaron rep released a statement last night in which Aaron called out Nick for using his brother “for his PR” instead of contacting him directly.

According to Nick’s wife Lauren Kitt Carter, Nick totally would have called his brother if he had his current phone number.

Back to Aaron’s statement. Aaron claims that his arrest happened after he and his girlfriend Madison Parker stopped at an AutoZone to get a new tire installed on his vehicle. It was there that he claims he was arrested and revoked of his right to an attorney. He also claims he’s got a medical marijuana license for that weed.

Aaron also believes he was “targeted” by the police because he is a celebrity. Sources tell TMZ that Aaron has threatened to sue the Habersham County cops who arrested him on Saturday night. He’s adamant they never saw him behind the wheel of his car, and that surveillance footage from AutoZone will show he wasn’t arrested for DUI in a moving vehicle. TMZ has some photos of Aaron with the police, and they appear to be in an AutoZone parking lot. Aaron reportedly refused a breathalyzer and urine test, which isn’t exactly a vote of confidence that he wasn’t driving drunk. Ironically, just days before his arrest, he was bragging that you’ll never catch him getting arrested for DUI.

As for how Aaron is hanging in there, he’s staying strong by thinking of memories of Wango Tangos past, specifically this spring when he given a gift from his good friend…Michael Jackson???

I honestly don’t know what’s the crazier part of this story: that Michael Jackson is giving away art from beyond the grave, or that present-day Aaron Carter truly believes he’s famous enough to get wrapped up in some Georgia law enforcement conspiracy targeting celebrities. Actually, that last one is more cute than crazy.
