Katie Holmes Went To Harvard Business School

Harvard Business School is so hot right now. Blake Lively talked about getting a diploma from there. And now they can count Katie Holmes as a student. I wonder if Harvard Business School is looking for a tagline? Because I could see “We’re popular with several former primetime teen drama actors” on a maroon sweatshirt.

According to Page Six, Katie Holmes enrolled in Harvard’s Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports program. HBS Instagrammed a picture of her attending class last week. Katie also threw up a pic to Instagram of her desk, and it appears she was attending classes for her production company, Noelle Productions Inc. (Noelle is her middle name).

I am so thankful and excited to be @harvardhbs with so many brilliant people. @anitaelberse #harvardbusinessschool

Katie’s 4-day, $10,000 course was part of Harvard’s Executive Education program, which is sort of like a school-style gathering for famous people and higher-up business types. Lots of people have done it, like LL Cool J, The Rock, and the Harvard Business School’s most high profile graduate, Tyra Banks. So while it’s still technically Harvard-Harvard, it’s not like Katie was pulling all-nighters in the library the night before an assignment is due while stress-eating vending machine cracker sandwiches until she gets gut rot.

Page Six added that Katie learned the following: how to launch and manage creative products and portfolios, managing talent, and develop other important strategies. Katie probably could have skipped that lecture on developing strategies. She proved five years ago when she sneakily escaped her Scientology-sanctioned marriage to Tom Cruise that she’s a pro at successfully executing a master plan.
