Leave Chachi Alone! He’s the Real Victim Here!

Scott Baio, the corroded dick cheese nugget clinging to an ingrown hair on humanity’s right ballsack, has shit on “fake news” on Twitter before. But over the weekend, his dim dumb ass fell for fake news and he repeated a wrong rumor about how the Joanie to his Chachi, Erin Moran, died. Erin died at the age of 56 at her home in New Salisbury, Indiana on Saturday. Erin had a history of addiction, so it didn’t take long for a tabloid to burp up a story about how she died of an overdose. The Daily Mail said that a “source” told them that Erin died of a suspected heroin overdose. That rumor was picked up by others and Scott Baio eventually saw it.

Scott did an interview on The Bernie & Sid Show on Monday morning about Erin’s death, and his mouth farted up the heroin overdose rumor, and he said that he didn’t know if it’s true, but he’s not surprised. Scott said that he tried to help get Erin clean a couple of times, but you can’t help someone who doesn’t want to help themselves, and he turned into an ultra dramatic PSA by saying: You do drugs or drink, you’re going to die. But as everyone knows by now, Erin didn’t die of a heroin overdose. The Harrison County Coroner’s Office said that they believe that Erin died of stage 4 cancer. Erin’s husband Steve Fleischmann said in an open letter posted through Chachi’s Facebook that she was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the throat in December. Erin got bad fast and by mid-February, she couldn’t eat on her own or speak.

Many of us fall for fake news (and some of us even post it on our literary online journals), so Chachi could’ve just said, “I’m Scott Baio, I say dumb shit. That’s what I do. I’m sorry.” But instead of doing that, he velcroed himself to the cross he and his wife keep in their rec room for purposes like this and spit at the media for vilifying him! Scott wrote in a Facebook response that he was devastated to learn about Erin’s death. And on Sunday night, he saw the headline about Erin dying of a heroin overdose “blasting” from the internet and TV stations and he pretty much took it as fact. When Scott did the radio interview on Monday, he said the hosts brought up Erin’s past drug and booze use. Scott then sharted out a long stream of “poor me.

I was on an emotional rollercoaster. I hadn’t slept well since the news of her passing.

Monday, April 24th at 6AM Pacific time I did a live radio interview. I was asked ONLY about Erin’s troubled past due to drug & alcohol abuse. I was still upset and said I felt that living that kind of a lifestyle will catch up with you and nothing good would come of it. THIS WAS BEFORE THE CAUSE OF DEATH WAS ANNOUNCED STATING STAGE 4 CANCER.

Now it seems every news outlet & tabloid wants to paint a different picture of me and of what really happened. They’re stating that I’m saying drugs caused her to die after it was reported stage 4 cancer. This is so wrong! Now I truly understand the meaning of “Fake News”. This is crazy.

I’m also trying to process this loss. Erin was my very first real girlfriend. My wife and Erin contacted each other and spoke often for over a decade. I even had her on my reality show years ago. I DID reach out to her over a span of 30 years.
Please stop assuming the worse in me. I’m a compassionate person. I’m very heartbroken over her passing, especially since it was cancer.
I don’t see people going after or attacking every network that said it was a drug overdose.

I’ve openly stated my truths.
I’m done.

Scott also told TMZ that Erin never told him about her cancer diagnosis (duh) and it hits close to home for him since his wife, Renee Baio, battled brain cancer.

Anybody who was planning to send flowers for Erin Moran’s memorial really should send those flowers to Chachi instead. Because he really needs our sympathy for being the victim of the kind of “fake news” his stupid ass fell for. Woe truly is Chachi.
