Now Sean Hannity Is Being Accused Of Acting Creepy

Less than a week after Fox News fired Bill O’Reilly, they’ve got another sexual harassment-related mess to deal with. This time it’s courtesy of Sean Hannity, host of Hannity and a dude who looks like he’s no stranger to screaming at a drive-thru worker for not putting enough ketchup packets in the bag.

New York Daily News says that Sean Hannity is being accused by a former Fox News guest, conservative political commentator and radio talk show host Debbie Schlussel. While on the Pat Campbell Podcast on Friday, Debbie claimed that she and Sean were both at an event in Detroit and he repeatedly asked her to come to his hotel room.

Debbie says that Sean asked her to meet him at a book signing and she agreed. When she got there, she claims Sean made her stand beside him for an awkwardly long time. Eventually he asked her to come back to his hotel room. Debbie declined and told him she had to get ready for the show they were doing together.

Debbie says before the show, Sean and his then-executive producer Bill Shinehead-faked” her. What she means by that is, Sean, along with Bill, suggested that she and Sean should gang up on a Palestinian guest on the panel. But every time she tried to talk, she claims he told her to “obey” him and threatened to shut off her microphone. After the panel, Debbie says Sean invited her back to his hotel room again. She declined a second time.

After the hotel room rebuff, Debbie says was never booked on his show again, and it was “made very clear” to her that it was because she didn’t agree to go back to his hotel room. Debbie doesn’t say when this happened. But just for context, Sean Hannity has been married to Jill Rhodes since 1993.

Not surprisingly, Sean Hannity has denied it all:

“LET ME BE CLEAR THE COMMENTS ABOUT ME ON A RADIO SHOW THIS WEEK by this individual ARE 100% false and a complete fabrication. This individual is a serial harasser who has been lying about me for well over a decade. The individual has a history of making provably false statements against me in an effort to slander, smear and besmirch my reputation.

The individual has not just slandered me over the years but many people who this individual disagrees with. This individual desperately seeks attention by any means necessary, including making unfounded personal attacks and using indefensible and outrageous political rhetoric.

My patience with this individual is over. I have retained a team of some of the finest and toughest lawyers in the country who are now in the process of laying out the legal course of action we will be taking against this individual.

In this fiercely divided and vindictive political climate I will no longer allow slander and lies about me to go unchallenged, as I see a coordinated effort afoot to now silence those with conservative views. I will fight every single lie about me by all legal means available to me as an American.”

In 2010, she accused Sean Hannity’s Freedom Alliance charity of being a money-sucking scam. She also accused him of ripping off a column she wrote. That’s what Sean meant by Debbie’s “false statements.

Debbie made it known shortly after this story broke that in no way is she accusing Sean Hannity of sexual harassment. He gloated about that on Twitter.

Up top I made a joke about Sean Hannity of being a drive-thru rage monster. But that was before he declared he’s going to dedicate his life to fighting against those who dare slander his name. Question: Should I be worried? Something tells me my rudimentary understanding of the law and my discount bus bench lawyer are no match for American Hero Sean Hannity and his super team of finest and toughest lawyers in the country!
