Orlando Bloom Was Surprised We Saw Those Paddleboarding Penis Pics

Eight months ago, pap pics of Orlando Bloom paddleboarding his then-girlfriend Katy Perry around Sardinina, Italy with his dick hanging out hit the internet. Orlando’s wiener became such a huge star that it was the guest of honor at his 40th birthday party. As it turns out, Orlando didn’t mean for the world to see his dick. He told Elle UK that he was just as surprised to see it as we were.

Orlando says he’s developed a “good radar” about the presence of paps after being photographed so much. After five days on vacation, his radar was telling him that they were free from paps and it was safe to get naked. Except as we all know now, Orlando’s radar was broken and the only thing that was free was his penis.

“Yes, it was extremely surprising. I wouldn’t have put myself in that position if I’d thought it would happen.”

Had it been a woman exposed by the press there would have been outrage. Is it a case of double standards? “I didn’t take it that deep, darlin’. What can I tell you? Note to self: you’re never free. Ha!”

After joking around, Orlando said that he was alarmed that his naked pics ended up online.

Orlando also talked about the end of his relationship with Katy Perry. If you’re hoping he says something dramatic about their break-up, turn back now. According to Orlando, they ended it on good terms.

“We’re friends. It’s good. We’re all grown-up. She happens to be someone who is very visible, but I don’t think anybody cares what I’m up to. Nor should they. It’s between us. It’s better to set an example for kids and show that [break-ups] don’t have to be about hate.”

Taylor Swift’s cake batter-scented brain will short a fuse when she reads that. “What do you mean break-ups don’t have to be about hate? How are you supposed to sell albums then?
