Hillary Clinton And Batfleck Swept The Razzies This Year
[Insert “Well, at least she won something.” crack here] You can also [insert “Sad Affleck” GIF here], too.
A Hillary Clinton-hatin’ documentary and Batman v. Superman: Would Have Been Better Off As A Legal Drama swept the Golden Raspberry Awards (aka “The Razzies“) this year.
Dinesh D’Souza, the dude who wrote and directed Hillary’s America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party, must be past chuffed this morning. I had never heard of this mess and now I NEED to see it, and I’m sure I’m not alone. Deadline reports what the Razzies dudes called “a so-called documentary,” that it nabbed Worst Picture of the Year, Worst Actor, Worst Actress AND Worst Director! After looking up a snap of Worst Actress winner Becky Turner, it’s understandable why she was honored for her performance. Ms. Turner made the bold acting choice to pattern her version of Hillary after Dr. Claw from Inspector Gadget, and it paid off in spades!
Dinesh D’Souza, who seems to lean towards the right, was overjoyed at these multiple honors and said so in a video acceptance speech (he did everything but scream “LIBTARD SNOWFLAKE CUCK BASTARDS!“):
“The reason you’re giving it to me is that you’re very upset that Trump won,” said D’Souza in a video acceptance speech. “You haven’t gotten over it and probably never will.”
As for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it won Worst Supporting Actor for Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor as his The Social Network character minus the crackling dialogue and plus much worse hair. BvS also picked up the Worst Screen Combo award for Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill (I don’t know, I liked them in this scene), as well as Worst Prequel, Remake, Rip-Off or Sequel, as well as Worst Screenplay. It’s a mystery as to why every viable director in Hollywood would rather direct a headscarfed Lindsay Lohan in a Lifetime remake of Not Without My Daughter rather than the next Batman movie, isn’t it?
You can watch the entire awards show below (Dinesh D’Souza’s gracious acceptance speech is at 1:50).
