The Wife Of A Red Hot Chili Pepper Won’t Face Charges For Allegedly Attacking Scott Baio

Back in December, Nancy Mack, the wife of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ drummer Chad Smith, allegedly got into a fight with Trump fan club president Scott Baio. Scott alleged that at an elementary school event in Thousand Oaks, CA, Nancy went after him and asked him how he could support a man who bragged about grabbing women by the pussies. After allegedly screaming about pussy grabbing, Nancy allegedly showed Scott how Trump hugs women by picking him up under his arms, shaking him and pushing him.

Scott was probably hoping that Nancy would spend the rest of her life in the big house for her crimes against Chachi, but that’s not going to happen. TMZ says that the Ventura County D.A.’s office rejected the case against Nancy because they don’t think the “assault” was bad enough to charge her. One of the reasons why Nancy didn’t get in trouble was because it would have been hard to find a jury to convict her. Apparently Scott’s chances of winning that case were about as good as Scott Baio getting cast in anything relevant.

Not surprisingly, both Scott and his wife Renee Baio are very pissed about it.

Poor Chachi! He’s been denied of his wish to see Nancy get hers. But don’t worry Scott, I’m sure your good buddy Trump is putting together a special justice committee (United Bros for Baio) just for you and will get to the bottom of this tragic situation.
