Tyga Is Being Sued For Allegedly Having His Crew Assault A Process Server

Hold the phone. Tyga is in trouble, and it has nothing to do with failing to pay rent on a house or pay for jewelry or make lease payments on a luxury car? Up is down, black is white, deadbeat is…still a deadbeat. But it’s nice to see Tyga attempt to diversify his loser boyfriend act a little.

Back in November, Tyga was served with a lawsuit while celebrating his birthday at a club in West Hollywood. In the video below, Tyga is served with the lawsuit at the 0:12 mark and afterward, one of his goons yanks away the process server by the neck.

TMZ says that Tyga got served for that time he got served. The process server has filed a lawsuit against Tyga. According to the lawsuit, the server claims he was “grabbed, yanked, pulled, and choked” by a member of Tyga’s crew after Tyga gave them the go-ahead.

The process server also managed to do some yanking of his own. TMZ says he referred to Tyga as a “minor celebrity” in his lawsuit, and implies that Tyga is known more for dating Kylie Jenner than making music.

TMZ can’t say for sure what the original lawsuit that Tyga was being served with was about, but a few days later he was sued by a guy named Alex Benedict over not making payments on his Ferrari. TMZ has very few details on this latest lawsuit. They don’t know how much compensation Mr. Server is asking for. I’m sure Tyga didn’t even look at that part. He probably just immediately puts his lawsuits in the glove box of one of Kylie’s cars and sends her a text informing her that it’s time to get out her check book. “Yo, I got served again. Make this one out to That Guy Who Got Choked, k?
