A Judge Says Sherri Shepherd Doesn’t Have To Give Her Ex More Child Support Money

Sherri Shepherd has finally scored a few points against her ex-husband Lamar Sally at his get-money game. Last month, Lamar went to a judge and asked for more child support money for Lamar Sally Jr., the 2-year-old surrogate-carried son that Sherri has tried repeatedly to legally wash her hands of. Lamar was getting $4,100 a month for Lamar Jr., but once he found out that Sherri might have gotten herself a higher-paying job, he decided he needed more. Lamar didn’t say how much more he needed, but it doesn’t matter, because he’s not going to get it.

A rep for Sherri tells People says that a judge wasn’t feeling Lamar’s Oliver Twist-style “Please sir, can I ‘ave some more?” move and has denied his request for more money. Her rep says that Sherri hopes this puts an end to Lamar trying to get more money out of her and she hopes he finally gets a job. The rep adds that the reason Lamar filed his child support request in California is because he knew he would never get a child support increase in New Jersey, which is where their original agreement was filed. Lamar was already getting a lot more than what New Jersey typically agrees to, and there was a chance an increase request would result in a decrease of the dollar amount he was getting.

Lamar Sally, not content to sit back and reflect on his poor gold digger choices, had his lawyer release a statement:

“Lamar Sally is a wonderful father. He has 100 percent custodial care because Ms. Shepherd doesn’t want to spend any time with the child, and he is responsible for providing all of the needs of the child, subject to being able to get court orders for Ms. Shepherd to make a contribution pursuant to the court order. Child support is a right of the child, not of the parents.

Mr. Sally is not living off of the child support. The needs that he has and the payment for this child are significant, and he wants to make sure that given the fact that there’s been a change of circumstances, that Ms. Shepherd not only lives here now, but that she earns significantly more money than she admitted to before, all he’s asking for is that the court base it’s new support order based on what the true facts are. The only one who’s hiding anything here is Ms. Shepherd.”

Lamar’s lawyer might as well have written that statement on a Magna Doodle, because it fell on deaf ears. Sherri was too busy on Twitter celebrating her victory. She also dragged the father of her 9-year-old son Jeffrey into it.

Sherri also had something to say about Lamar Sally’s online dating profile. Lamar apparently works as a part-time substitute teacher, but according to his income, that subbing is done at either St. Wealthy’s Academy or Stinking Rich Prep.

Forget about that income #scam, the only thing Sherri ruined was MrSal1’s chances of getting a date on BlackPeopleMeet.com ever again. “Oh, wait a second – I know your profile. You’re that gold-digger who had a kid for the child support checks with that giant crazy mess from The View. Listen, I’m busy every night from now until forever.
