Angelina Jolie Is The Face Of Guerlain’s New Perfume, Is Donating Her Salary To Charity

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt recently decided they will make the the details of their custody drama private. So far, they’ve kept their promise, which means it’s back to our regularly scheduled program of Angelina Jolie, Modern Saint.

The last time Angelina was part of a beauty campaign was back in 2007, when she appeared in some Japanese ads for Shiseido. Ten years later, it looks like she’s ready to pose for that beauty brand money again. People says that Angelina Jolie is now the face of a new perfume for Guerlain called Mon Guerlain. People says that Angelina is taking that paycheck from Guerlain and sending it straight to charity.

A longtime humanitarian, Jolie serves as Special Envoy for the UN Refugee Agency, and she has made sure her partnership with Guerlain is just as charitable as it is beautiful. A Guerlain representative confirms to PeopleStyle that on top of being the face of the product, she’ll be donating her entire salary from the campaign to one of her own charities.

Angelina’s ads for Mon Guerlain will launch sometime in March. Guerlain announced Angelina’s new job on Instagram yesterday.

French website Le Figaro says that Angelina chose to work with Guerlain because her late mother, Marcheline Bertrand, liked the brand. They also say that Angelina’s campaign for Mon Guerlain will be shot by Terrence Malick. There’s no word on what the campaign for Mon Guerlain will look like. But since it’s Terrence Malick we’re talking about, I’m going to guess it will feature a softly-lit Angelina wrapped in a white linen scarf sitting in a field of wheat, smiling contently as she leans against a dilapidated blue truck and writes out a huge check in slow motion. That, or Terrence Malick will do like every other damn perfume ad and shoot a topless Angelina using the perfume bottle to cover her nipples.
