Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Aren’t Divorcing Just Yet
Despite reports that Kim Kardashian has been going into power saver mode while attempting to read all the big words in her divorce papers, a source tells People that she “currently has no imminent plans to file for divorce” from Kanye West. But of course Kim isn’t quite ready to be done with Kanye West. There’s still at least five or six more months worth of material for the Kim Saves Kanye storyline that haven’t been exploited explored yet.
Apparently Kanye’s insufferable asshole meetup with Donald Trump wasn’t the final nail in the koffin. Kim was Team Hillary, and Trump talked shit about Khloe Kardashian while she was on The Apprentice. So you’d think that meeting may have prompted Kim to call up 1-800-DIVORCE and purchase their Split Now package. But the source says that Kanye’s visit with Trump is the least of their worries.
“That’s so far down the list of what they’re dealing with at this point. Lots of couples have political differences; that’s not a deal breaker. They’re dealing with much more important things than who each of them supported for President.”
That list includes Kanye’s recent release from the hospital into a home they may or may not be sharing right now, and Kim’s continued emotional recovery after her robbery in Paris. Friends are reportedly telling them to “hold on” and that adversity will “make them stronger” as a couple.
Another source told UsWeekly shortly after Kanye’s kiki with Trump that Kim knew he supported Trump, and added that she wasn’t surprised by his trip to New York.
But that doesn’t mean Kim was smiling like a proud plastic wife at home while watching Kanye rub gross cheap-suited elbows with President-Elect Turnip on television. A source tells Hollywood Life that she’s “furious” at Kanye for going to New York and pulling such a stunt. Kim thought Kanye should have been at home getting better rather than chumming around with Trump in NYC. She also thinks that Kanye’s meeting with Trump was a waste of time since it “wasn’t going to help their brand.” Oh, Kim. Your family got a ton of attention that day, didn’t they? I’d say that’s pretty much right on-brand.
