Our President-Elect Is Mad At SNL Again

Saturday Night Live giggled at our quirky President-elect’s tweeting obsession last night, and our quirky President-elect has proven once again that he has the same sense of humor as Nickelback (that would be none). I guess we know who will be playing at the inauguration.

In what should become their weekly Donald Trump trolling sketch (because it’s what America needs besides shorter lines at the DMV, teleporters that won’t turn you into human/fly hybrids and, you know, hope), SNL went in on Trump for re-tweeting a 16-year-old high school student.

From NBC News:

“Mr. Trump, please stop retweeting all these random, real people. You’re not getting any work done,” an adviser pleads in the sketch.

“There is a reason actually that Donald tweets so much,” McKinnon’s Conway explains. “He does it to distract the media from his business conflicts and all the very scary people in his cabinet.”

“Actually, that’s not why I do it,” Trump rebukes. “I do it because my brain is bad.”

The sketch was pretty minor and not even that chuckly (except for the queasy and ashamed looks on Kate McKinnon’s face as she plays Trump’s campaign manager Kellyanne Conway), but it did the job. President-elect Trump doesn’t like it when you mock him. He doesn’t deserve that! It’s not like he’s someone who’s earned ridicule like a disabled reporter!

Alec Baldwin, who is damn lucky that his Trump impression has now replaced “rude, thoughtless little pig” as his legacy, is what the kids used to call “gangsta.” That guy has little to no fear. He will troll the President! And this probably isn’t the president you want to be trolling because he seems unstable enough to shoot a missile at you.

Yeah, so Alec is psychotically brave, because in this terrifying new world, our dictator will probably order for him to be water-boarded by the IRS. Thanks in advance for taking one for the team, Alec.
