Amber Heard And Johnny Depp Still Haven’t Signed Their Divorce Settlement

TMZ called out Amber Heard today when they posted about how the two charities she vowed to donate her settlement money to still haven’t received the cash. But Amber’s lawyer says she has a really good explanation for that. Amber hasn’t donated her $7 million settlement because Johnny Depp hasn’t handed over that $7 million settlement yet. Johnny wants to pay the charities himself and Amber is shitting on that idea because she thinks he’s just trying to get the tax write-off. Hold me closer, Boo and Pistol, because the messy drama never ends.

After Amber Heard and Johnny Depp finally came to an agreement in their smegma storm of a divorce battle, she released a statement confirming that she got $7 million and announced that she was donating half to the ACLU and the other half to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. That was that… until Shifty Ole’ McScarves decided to mess with Amber by announcing that he will pay the charities directly. Johnny’s rep said he already sent the first installment of $100,000 to each charity. Amber’s side spit back at Johnny’s side by saying that if he’s going to pay the charities directly, he needs to give them both $7 million each ($14 million total) since he’s violating their agreement. That was back in August.

TMZ says that since then, they’ve been fighting over who is going to pay the charities. Three days after they came to an agreement, Amber did donate $350,000 of her own money to the ACLU, thinking that the settlement money was coming. Amber also did a domestic abuse PSA. She didn’t name Johnny in it, but TMZ thinks he may try to use it against her since she agreed not to publicly talk about her allegations against him.

Amber’s lawyer Pierce O’Donnell told People that Amber’s PSA didn’t violate shit and he also believes that the settlement papers will be signed this week. “Pierce O’Donnell” must be Irish for “real optimistic fucker.”

“The settlement documents are being finalized and will be signed this week. Johnny is obligated by the settlement to pay Amber, and she in turn will honor her pledges to Children’s Hospital and the ACLU. Her recent PSA on domestic violence does not violate her settlement agreement with Johnny,” says O’Donnell. “She will continue to lend her voice to the rising chorus of women speaking out about this terrible scourge on the American family.”

Hmmmm… I wonder why Pierce thinks that things are going to magically wrap up this week. Maybe he’s going to get Amber to use a fool-proof negotiating technique on Johnny. Like this one:

Amber: Johnny, I’ve told you a zillion times, I’m going to pay the charities.

Johnny: No. I’m going to.

Amber: No. I’m going to.

Johnny: No. I’m going to.

Amber: Okay, you’re going to.

Johnny: No, you’re going to.

Amber: Gotcha, Bracelets!

Johnny: Motherassfuck#!*$!

That’s totally how it’s going to go down.
