Salma Hayek Claims That She Rejected Donald Trump So He Planted A Story About Her

October 22, 2016 / Posted by:

Salma Hayek has a story about Donald Trump where he comes off as sleazy and vindictive. There’s the line, Salma. It’s pretty long. Hope you have a FastPass.

Salma went on the El Show del Mandril radio talk show in L.A. on Friday to stump for Hillary Clinton. The recent allegations against Trump came up, and Salma revealed that she had one of her own. Sniffy-The-Talking-Cheez-It allegedly doesn’t like being turned down. Salma says Trump asked her out back in the day despite knowing she had a boyfriend and got nasty when she wasn’t into it. And he’s usually so respectful and chivalrous when it comes to women. I’m as stunned as you are. via Buzzfeed:

“When I met that man, I had a boyfriend, and he tried to become his friend to get my home telephone number,” she said, describing meeting Trump early in her career before she was well-known. “He got my number and he would call me to invite me out.”

Salma did what most people do when a three-day-old bowl of squash soup with a bad attitude asks them out – ran screaming. Trump took her rejection in stride and went on with his life aiding orphans and wondering if you can buy gloves that make your hands look bigger. No, he didn’t.

“When I told him I wouldn’t go out with him even if I didn’t have a boyfriend, [which he took as disrespectful], he called — well, he wouldn’t say he called, but someone told the National Enquirer,” Hayek continued, adding that she never went out with him.

“Someone told the National Enquirer — I’m not going to say who, because you know that whatever he wants to come out comes out in the National Enquirer. It said that he wouldn’t go out with me because I was too short,” she said.

I read a lot of true crime books, and there’s this thing some crazies do where they have to let people know that they did it without actually revealing that they did it. Trump would appear to be one of those.

“Later, he called and left me a message. ‘Can you believe this? Who would say this? I don’t want people to think this about you,’” she said. “He thought that I would try to go out with him so people wouldn’t think that’s why he wouldn’t go out with me.”

A day during this horrific presidential race without a story about Trump being repulsive would be unusual and off-putting at this point. On November 9, please join me and millions of others nationwide as we scrub ourselves down like Ethan Hawke trying to get into that building in Gattaca to feel clean again after this election.
