Donald Trump Finally Added SNL To His List Of Personal Grievances

Nerf-hued ladykiller and presidential candidate Donald Trump has spent what seems like several years now (seriously, this election will never end) lashing out at every real and imagined obstacle in his path to the White House. Simultaneously, he’s provided the world with enough comedic fodder to last us for an eternity. Saturday Night Live has benefitted from this, recruiting Alec Baldwin for a spot-on impersonation of him. Oddly, even though Donald’s made a strategy of throwing temper tantrums online and in the press at anyone who even looks at him wrong, he hasn’t mentioned the show. Until now.

SNL put on two sketches last night about the top role model for misogynists everywhere. One of them was spoofing that cluster-fuck of a second presidential debate. The other had surprise trolling expert Melania Trump (aka one of the Siamese cats from Lady & The Tramp come to life) as Beyonce parodying Lemonade. The debate one must have hit a little harder than usual, and someone’s non-wig (uh huh) blew off in righteous indignation (via The Washington Post).

What I took away from this is that SNL is rigging the election against him? Is Lorne Michaels THAT powerful? I know he decides who’s funny and who’s not in comedy circles, but really. I’m picturing Aidy Bryant muscling in some voter suppression at the polls.

Here’s the debate sketch.

Here’s Melania as Beyonce. Does anyone else feel sorry for Tiffany Trump? Let’s give her a boost and start requesting “Like A Bird” at the club.
