Cinnamon Tic Tac!

Cinnamon (which later became Cinnamon Spice, my second favorite Spice Girl after Posh) was one of the first Tic Tac flavors when those candy-coated roach egg-looking things came out in the early 70s. It was Orange, Fresh Mint and Cinnamon (or as my little cousin once removed with a lisp calls it, “thinnanon.”) Cinnamon stayed around for decades and up until a few days ago, I really thought that I could stroll into any gas station and pick up a plastic container of red tiny pills that taste like Christmas. (If Christmas had a clit, it’d look and taste like a Cinnamon Tic Tac.) But Tic Tac got rid of Cinnamon in 2007 to make way for new flavors.

The people cried for Cinnamon’s return and Tic Tac heard those pleas by rebooting it as Cinnamon Spice in 2013. Cinnamon Spice didn’t last long, though. Tic Tac in the US officially stopped making it sometime in 2015. You can still find old stock on eBay or in some stores. Back in the olden days, I knew two people whose Tic Tac flavor of choice was always Cinnamon and I’m sure that right now, they’re running from store to store looking for any sign of their drug of choice. And you know they’ve gone past the point of just swallowing it. They snort that shit now, because it probably gives them a quick spicy buzz in the head. And now I really want to snort a Cinnamon Spice Tic Tac.
