Instagram Swatted At Chrissy Teigen For Going To Dinner And Leaving Her One Week Old Baby At Home

I have never had a baby. The closest I’ve come to that kind of responsibility is the time I tried to keep a SCOBY alive in an attempt to save a couple bucks by making my own kombucha. (FYI: I’m pretty sure I was just making pruno.) So I have no idea whether or not parenting experts would recommend leaving your one-week-old baby at home while you get your eat on at a restaurant. But that’s what Chrissy Teigen did, and now Instagram is mad.

On Saturday night, Chrissy and her husband John Legend were papped leaving the only place famous people go to in Hollywood, The Nice Guy. Chrissy and John decided to leave their 1-week-old baby Luna at home. That caused some people’s blood pressure to get high. E! News says that not too soon after Chrissy was seen leaving The Nice Guy, Instagram set their shank-eyes on Chrissy and accused her of being thirsty enough to ditch her baby for some paparazzi attention.

It’s been well documented in the past that Chrissy Teigen has zero fucks to give, so of course she responded by throwing up a screen shot of some of the nastiness on Twitter and issuing a low-impact slap-back.

Chrissy didn’t say who she left her baby with, so I don’t know if Instagram should be using the anger in their fingers to be leaving comments @CPS just yet. She also didn’t say how long they were at dinner for. Did they order appetizers? Dessert? Did they sit there staring at the bill for an hour until their server gave them “server face” (ie. where the mouth is smiling but the eyes appear to be using telekinesis to get your ass out of your chair)?

I guess the only way we can really know if this shit was an issue would be if someone found Chrissy’s phone and saw that she had 23 missed calls from their dog Pippa and several texts reading: “You better get home. I can’t find the extra bottle, and Luna keeps looking at me and hungrily smacking her lips.

Here’s more of Chrissy and John on Saturday night.
